Submission Checklist

Before submitting a manuscript to the International Research Journal of Innovation in Science and Technology (IRJIST), authors are requested to ensure that all the following requirements are fully met. Manuscripts that do not comply with this checklist may be returned for correction or delayed in the review process.

1. Manuscript Type and Scope

ü  The manuscript fits within the Aims, Scope & Research Focus of IRJIST

ü  The manuscript type (Original Research Article, Review Article, Short Communication, or Interdisciplinary / Applied Research Paper) is clearly identified

ü  The work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere

2. Manuscript Structure

ü  The manuscript is prepared strictly using the official IRJIST Paper Template

ü  Title is clear, concise, and informative

ü  Abstract is 150–250 words

ü  3–6 relevant keywords are provided

ü  Manuscript includes appropriate sections, as applicable:

·        Introduction

·        Materials and Methods / Methodology

·        Results

·        Discussion

·        Conclusion

·        Acknowledgements (if applicable)

·        Funding Statement (if applicable)

·        Author Contributions

·        Conflict of Interest Statement

·        Data Availability / Ethics Statement (if applicable)

·        References

ü  All sections are logically organized and written in clear academic Language

3. Formatting and Presentation

ü  Manuscript is submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format only

ü  Formatting, fonts, headings, and layout follow the IRJIST Paper Template exactly

ü  Line spacing, margins, and page size are as prescribed in the template

ü  Pages are numbered consecutively

ü  Figures and tables are:

·        Cited in the text

·        Numbered sequentially

·        Provided with clear titles and captions

4. References and Citations

ü  All references cited in the text are included in the reference list

ü  References are formatted consistently and according to the style demonstrated in the IRJIST template

ü  DOIs are included for references where available

ü  All sources are properly acknowledged to avoid plagiarism

5. Ethical Compliance

ü  The manuscript complies with the journal's Publication Ethics & Malpractice Policy

ü  Any conflict of interest (financial or non-financial) has been clearly disclosed

ü  Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data has received appropriate ethical approval

ü  The manuscript is free from plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and unethical research practices

ü  Any use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in manuscript preparation has been disclosed in accordance with the IRJIST Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

ü  All generated content, analyses, interpretations, conclusions, and scientific claims remain the responsibility of the authors

6. Peer Review Readiness

ü  The manuscript is prepared for double-blind peer review

ü  Author names, affiliations, and identifying information are removed from the main manuscript file

ü  Author details are provided only through the online submission metadata

7. Submission Information

ü  All author details (names, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID iDs if available) are correctly entered in the online submission system

ü  The corresponding author is clearly identified

ü  Abstract and keywords are correctly entered in the system metadata

8. Author Declaration

By submitting the manuscript, the authors confirm that:

ü  All listed authors have read and approved the final manuscript

ü  The manuscript complies with IRJIST Author Guidelines, Paper Template, and Journal Policies

ü  The authors agree to participate in the peer-review and revision process in good faith

ü  The authors agree to comply with the journal's APC, DOI, Copyright, Ethics, Privacy, and Editorial Policies

ü  The corresponding author accepts responsibility for all communications, declarations, permissions, and payment obligations associated with the manuscript

9. Publication Charges (APC) & DOI Policy

ü  I have read and understood the IRJIST Publication Charges (APC) & DOI Policy

ü  I understand that publication charges become applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript

ü  I agree to pay the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of the manuscript

ü  I understand that the APC includes editorial processing, peer-review administration, copyediting, production, online publication, article hosting, DOI registration, and Crossref metadata deposition

ü  I understand that articles published under the APC Scholarship or Fee Waiver Scheme may not be eligible for DOI registration unless separate sponsorship, institutional support, or external funding is available

10. Mandatory Template Download

ü  I confirm that the manuscript has been prepared using the official IRJIST Paper Template
